ALL ROADS LEAD TO SPIEL

Thanks to the central location, in the middle of the Ruhr area, with a good connection to the public transport, the airport and various highways, you can come to us by many ways. You can come to us by car, by public transport, by bike, on foot or by any other means of transport you can think of.

BY CAR

Via the freeways A52, A3, A40 and A42 you can reach the fairground directly. There are many signs showing the way to the fair.

The P2 and P10 parking lots are served by shuttle buses every 15 to 20 minutes on average. The parking lots are open daily from 8:00 a.m.. Parking close to the fair costs EUR 12,00 and on P10 EUR 10,00 per day.

BY TRAIN

From Essen main station you can reach the fair in only 5 minutes.

You can take the subway U11 line directly to the entrances West, South and East. The entrance East, which leads to Hall 8, is located directly at the station "Messe Ost". The entrance South, which leads to Hall 1, and the entrance West to Hall 3 can be reached directly via the station "Messe West/Süd".

BY BIKE

Essen is very well developed for bicycles and offers many routes directly to the fairgrounds. At the fair, you can park your bikes easily at the designated spaces to the left of the stairs to the entrance West, parallel to the subway station, or at the entrance East next to the foyer.

BY PLANE

If you are coming from further or even very far away, Düsseldorf Airport is only a 20-minute drive from the Essen exhibition center and is also very easy to reach by train. In the middle of the arrivals level of Terminal B, there is even a separate Messe Essen information counter.

Another possibility for arriving by plane is the airport Essen/Mülheim. From there, you can reach Messe Essen in 10 minutes by car.
